  • ½ cup 160 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons 28 g firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon 15 ml minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon 8 g sambal chile powder

Instructies

  • Add all the ingredients to an airtight container.
  • Shake well until the sugar is dissolved and the ingredients are fully combined.
  • Store in the refrigerator for an indefinite period.
