Cilantro Pepita Pesto

Ingrediënten

  • ¾ cup 180 ml olive oil
  • 1 cup 138 g shelled pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
  • 2 cups 50 g fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon 15 g minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructies

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
