Cilantro Pepita Pesto
A fresh Latin twist on an Italian favorite! Serve over pasta, mix with rice, or blend into vegan mayo for a delicious aioli.

Ingrediënten
- ¾ cup 180 ml olive oil
- 1 cup 138 g shelled pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 2 cups 50 g fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon 15 g minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructies
