Instructies
- In a large pot, mix ground beef and water until soupy.
- Stir in tomato sauce, bay leaves, ground cinnamon, salt, vinegar, ground allspice, garlic powder, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, chili powder, and crushed red pepper.
- Simmer the chili uncovered for 3 hours, stirring occasionally, until thickened.
