  • 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
  • 2 Cubes Frozen Crushed Garlic
  • Juice Of 1 Medium Lemon
  • Juice Of 2 Medium Oranges
  • 4 Cubes Frozen Chopped Basil
  • 2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar

  • Remove Fish From Wrappers And Rinse Each Piece In Cold Water For 30 Seconds To Remove Any Ice Or Frost On The Surface.
  • Pat Dry With Paper Towels And Sprinkle Both Sides With ½ Teaspoon Salt And ¼ Teaspoon Pepper.

  • Heat A Large Skillet Over Medium-High Heat.
