- ½ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper Divided
- 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
- 2 Cubes Frozen Crushed Garlic
- Juice Of 1 Medium Lemon
- Juice Of 2 Medium Oranges
- 4 Cubes Frozen Chopped Basil
- 2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
Instructies
- Remove Fish From Wrappers And Rinse Each Piece In Cold Water For 30 Seconds To Remove Any Ice Or Frost On The Surface.
- Pat Dry With Paper Towels And Sprinkle Both Sides With ½ Teaspoon Salt And ¼ Teaspoon Pepper.

- Heat A Large Skillet Over Medium-High Heat.
- When Hot, Add Butter And Garlic.
- Sauté For 1 Minute, Then Add Fish, Lemon Juice, And Orange Juice.
- Cover And Simmer For 4 Minutes Before Flipping Fish Over.
- Cover And Cook Until Fish Easily Flakes With A Fork, Another 3–4 Minutes.
- Use A Large Spatula To Remove Fish From Skillet.
- Add Basil, Brown Sugar, Remaining ½ Teaspoon Salt, And Remaining ¼ Teaspoon Pepper To The Skillet.
- Simmer For 1–2 Minutes To Allow Sauce To Thicken.
- Turn Off Heat And Return Fish To Skillet To Serve.
