- For the Bolognese Sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 shallot peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic minced
- 1 pound lean ground pork
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- For the Spaghetti
- 1 package spaghetti approximately 400g
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
Instructies
- Prepare the Sauce Base: Heat the olive oil in a baking pan or skillet over medium heat (or in an air fryer at 380°F, if applicable).
- Add the chopped shallots and sauté until tender, about 4 minutes.
- Cook the Meat: Add the minced garlic and ground pork to the pan.
- Cook for 6 minutes, stirring frequently and breaking the meat into small crumbles.
- Add the Seasonings: Stir in the tomato puree, apple cider vinegar, oregano, basil, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until heated through and aromatic.
- Cook the Spaghetti: Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- Add the spaghetti and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until al dente.
- Drain and divide the pasta evenly among individual plates.
- Assemble and Serve: Top the spaghetti with the warm Bolognese sauce.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately.
