Instructies
Prepare the Sauce Base: Heat the olive oil in a baking pan or skillet over medium heat (or in an air fryer at 380°F, if applicable).
Add the chopped shallots and sauté until tender, about 4 minutes.
Cook the Meat: Add the minced garlic and ground pork to the pan.
Cook for 6 minutes, stirring frequently and breaking the meat into small crumbles.
Add the Seasonings: Stir in the tomato puree, apple cider vinegar, oregano, basil, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Cook for an additional 4 to 6 minutes until heated through and aromatic.
Cook the Spaghetti: Meanwhile, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add the spaghetti and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until al dente.
Drain and divide the pasta evenly among individual plates.
Assemble and Serve: Top the spaghetti with the warm Bolognese sauce.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve immediately.
