  • In medium bowl, stir ⅔ cup sugar and 2 cups hot espresso coffee until sugar has completely dissolved.
  • Pour into 9-inch square metal baking pan; cool.
  • Cover, freeze, and scrape to serve as directed in box Granita Know-How.
