Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms
As a full meal, side dish or appetiser, these scrumptious and creamy crab-stuffed mushrooms have a nice crunch from the bread crumb topping made crisp in the air fryer.

- 56 grams cream cheese at room temperature
- ½ cup crabmeat shells discarded
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 450 grams brown mushrooms stems removed
- 1 ½ tablespoons panko bread crumbs
- 1 ½ tablespoons butter melted
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructies
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, crabmeat, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
- Evenly stuff cream cheese mixture into mushroom caps.
- Distribute bread crumbs over stuffed mushrooms.
- Drizzle melted butter over bread crumbs.
- Place half of mushrooms in fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to serving plate.
- Repeat with remaining mushrooms.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve warm.
