Ingrediënten
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tsp sour cream
- ¾ tbsp goat cheese crumbled
- ¾ tbsp fresh parsley chopped (divided)
Instructies
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper.
- Lightly grease a cake barrel with olive oil and pour in the egg mixture.
- Place the cake barrel in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove the cake barrel from the air fryer and stir the eggs with a silicone spatula.
- Add the sour cream, crumbled goat cheese, and half of the chopped parsley.
- Return the cake barrel to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to a serving dish and garnish with the remaining parsley.
- Serve warm.
