Ingrediënten

  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp sour cream
  • ¾ tbsp goat cheese crumbled
  • ¾ tbsp fresh parsley chopped (divided)

Instructies

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, and black pepper.
  • Lightly grease a cake barrel with olive oil and pour in the egg mixture.
  • Place the cake barrel in the air fryer basket and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Remove the cake barrel from the air fryer and stir the eggs with a silicone spatula.
  • Add the sour cream, crumbled goat cheese, and half of the chopped parsley.
  • Return the cake barrel to the air fryer and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the eggs to a serving dish and garnish with the remaining parsley.
  • Serve warm.
