  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • cups white rice uncooked
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructies

  • Continue the process, adding another ½ cup of broth each time the rice starts to dry out.
  • This will take approximately 30 minutes, resulting in creamy and tender, yet firm, risotto.
  • When the rice is almost done, add grated Parmesan cheese and the remaining butter.
  • Season with a pinch of salt if needed.
  • Serve immediately, and offer additional grated Parmesan cheese at the table.
