Crispy Air Fryer Reuben Egg Rolls

- Sliced corned beef or pastrami or omit for vegetarian option
- Sauerkraut drained and dried
- Swiss cheese sliced
- Vegetable oil spray
- Thousand Island Dressing for serving
Instructies
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the corned beef into narrow slices.
- Slice the Swiss cheese into narrow slices as well.
- Lay out an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface.
- Moisten the edges with water to help seal them.
- Place a layer of Swiss cheese on the wrapper, followed by a layer of corned beef or pastrami (or omit for vegetarian option), and then a layer of sauerkraut.
- Starting from the corner closest to you, fold the wrapper over the filling.
- Fold in the sides and continue rolling until it resembles an egg roll.
- Lightly spray both sides of the egg roll with vegetable oil spray.
- Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket, leaving some space between them for even cooking.
- Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 7 minutes, then flip the egg rolls and air fry for an additional 7 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the egg rolls from the air fryer and serve hot with 1000 Island dressing for dipping.
