Equipment

Ingrediënten

  • 1 bunch kale washed and torn into pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructies

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Wash and tear kale into bite-sized pieces, discarding tough stems.
