- 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon shallot powder
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- Coarse sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 eggs lightly whisked
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructies
- Marinate the sirloin steak in a large ceramic bowl with soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, shallot powder, celery seeds, mustard seeds, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Pound the marinated steak with a mallet to tenderize and cut it into 1-inch strips.
- Prepare two bowls: whisk the eggs in one, and mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and paprika in the other.
- Dip each beef strip into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
- Cook the steak fingers for 14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Meanwhile, heat the reserved marinade in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Simmer until warmed through to create the lime dipping sauce.
- Serve the steak fingers hot with the lime sauce on the side.
