Crispy Zucchini Fries
These breaded crispy zucchini fries are excellent on their own, but they’re even better dipped in a creamy rémoulade. A healthy alternative to drive-through French fries, this treat is delicious!

- 1 large zucchini cut into 6mm fries
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- ¾ tablespoon sour cream
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructies
- Scatter zucchini fries evenly over a paper towel.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Let set for 10 minutes to pull out moisture, then pat with paper towels.
- Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes.
- Whisk egg and sour cream together in a small bowl.
- Combine almond flour and Parmesan cheese in a separate shallow dish.
- Dip zucchini in egg mixture.
- Coat in flour mixture.
- Place half of zucchini in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip fries, then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Transfer fries to a medium serving dish.
- Repeat with remaining zucchini fries and serve warm.
