These breaded crispy zucchini fries are excellent on their own, but they’re even better dipped in a creamy rémoulade. A healthy alternative to drive-through French fries, this treat is delicious!
Let set for 10 minutes to pull out moisture, then pat with paper towels.
Preheat air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes.
Whisk egg and sour cream together in a small bowl.
Combine almond flour and Parmesan cheese in a separate shallow dish.
Dip zucchini in egg mixture.
Coat in flour mixture.
Place half of zucchini in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip fries, then cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Transfer fries to a medium serving dish.
Repeat with remaining zucchini fries and serve warm.

To whip up your own delicious rémoulade, simply combine the following ingredients and refrigerate covered up to three days until ready to use: ½ cup mayonnaise, ¾ tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning, 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish, ½ teaspoon dill pickle juice, ½ teaspoon Tabasco original hot sauce and 2 cloves peeled and minced garlic.
