Decadent Avocado Chocolate Mousse
A creamy, rich, and indulgent chocolate mousse made with healthy fats from avocado and tofu—perfect for any chocolate lover!

- 6 small dessert dishes’
Ingrediënten
- 455 g 1 pound firm silken tofu, cut into cubes
- 1 ripe avocado halved, pitted, and peeled
- 84 g ¼ cup agave nectar or 60 ml pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 16 g 2 tablespoons instant coconut milk powder (optional, check ingredients if using)
- 350 g 2 cups nondairy semisweet chocolate chips or chopped bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled
Instructies
- Place the tofu in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add the avocado, agave nectar, vanilla extract, and coconut milk powder (if using) to the processor.
- Blend until combined.
- Add the melted, cooled chocolate and continue blending until the mixture is perfectly smooth, scraping the sides of the processor as needed.
- Divide the mousse among 6 small dessert dishes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
