Ingrediënten

  • cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
  • 2 pounds skin-on salmon fillet s

Instructies

  • In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and lemon pepper.
  • Place the mixture and the salmon in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  • Seal the bag and turn it to coat the salmon.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours or up to overnight.
  • Preheat your broiler.
  • Transfer the salmon, skin side down, to a roasting pan, and discard the marinade.
  • Broil the salmon about 6 inches from the heat source until it is lightly browned and flakes easily with a fork.
  • This usually takes about 4 to 6 minutes per ½-inch thickness.
  • Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
