Ingredients
- Baking powder 1 teaspoon
- Eggs 2
- Flour all-purpose, 200g
- Milk 150ml
- Salt a pinch
- Sugar 50g
- Butter or oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the hot griddle.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm.
