Ingrediënten

  • 2 small bananas peeled, cut up, and frozen
  • 1 ½ cups skim milk
  • 1 8- oz. container low-fat coffee yogurt
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Dash ground nutmeg

Instructies

  • In a blender container, combine the frozen bananas, skim milk, coffee yogurt, ground cinnamon, and dash of nutmeg.
  • Cover the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into glasses.
  • If desired, garnish with fresh banana slices and mint leaves.
