  • 8 warmed and halved pita pockets
  • 2 green peppers seeded and halved
  • 2 red peppers sweet, seeded and halved
  • 3 skinless and boneless chicken breasts halves
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 chopped green onion
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Instructies

  • In a small bowl, mix together pepper, mustard, green onion, and mayonnaise.
