In a large heavy saucepan, combine all the barbecue sauce ingredients.
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Adjust the spice level by adding more Louisiana hot sauce if desired.
In a frypan or wok, heat oil to 375°F (190°C) for deep frying.
Deep fry a few chicken wings at a time until they are cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
Drain the fried wings on an absorbent towel.
Once all the wings are cooked, place them in the simmering barbecue sauce.
Stir to coat the wings thoroughly.
Serve the Fiery Barbecue Chicken Wings hot.
