- 2 ½ pounds Chicken wings separated
- 5 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce adjust to taste
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon White vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructies
- Set the oven to “broil” and place the rack 6 inches from the element.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine Louisiana hot sauce, vegetable oil, white vinegar, and garlic powder.
- Adjust the hot sauce quantity to your preferred spice level.
- Place the chicken wings on a broiling pan.
- Using a pastry brush, generously coat the wings with the spicy sauce mixture.
- Broil the wings for 7 minutes on one side.
- Turn the wings over and broil for an additional 7 minutes or until they are crispy and cooked through.
- Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
- Alternatively, you can cook these wings on the BBQ.
- Preheat the BBQ and cook wings for the same amount of time over medium-high heat.
- Brush the grill with oil to prevent sticking.
