  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil

Instructies

  • In a large ceramic bowl, combine red wine, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, basil, and thyme.
  • Add the flank steak to the marinade, ensuring it is fully coated.
  • Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Grease the Air Fryer basket with nonstick cooking oil.
  • Transfer the marinated flank steak to the Air Fryer basket.
  • Cook for 12 minutes, flipping the steak halfway through for even cooking.
  • Remove from the Air Fryer, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
