Instructies
- In a large ceramic bowl, combine red wine, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, basil, and thyme.
- Add the flank steak to the marinade, ensuring it is fully coated.
- Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Grease the Air Fryer basket with nonstick cooking oil.
- Transfer the marinated flank steak to the Air Fryer basket.
- Cook for 12 minutes, flipping the steak halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the Air Fryer, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve warm.
