- 4 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1½ cups of matzo ball mix
- ¼ cup of canola oil
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 6 cups of water
Instructies
- Stir together the beaten eggs, matzo ball mix, canola oil, and salt.
- Cover the mixture and chill it for 30 minutes.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls, ensuring not to exceed this size.
- Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
- Drop the matzo balls into the boiling water.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Remove the matzo balls from the water using a slotted spoon.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
During Passover, use kosher matzo ball mix.
