Fluffy Matzo Balls

of matzo ball mix

of salt

Instructies
Stir together the beaten eggs, matzo ball mix, canola oil, and salt.
Cover the mixture and chill it for 30 minutes.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls, ensuring not to exceed this size.
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Drop the matzo balls into the boiling water.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove the matzo balls from the water using a slotted spoon.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
During Passover, use kosher matzo ball mix.
