  • 1 head butter lettuce gently separated into leaves
  • ¼ head radicchio delicately separated into leaves
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ head upland cress or watercress
  • 4 squash blossoms optional
  • 2 radishes thinly sliced
  • 1 ounce grated ricotta salata

Instructies

  • In a bowl, whisk together Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), finely chopped shallot, lemon zest, and lemon juice to create a beautifully seasoned dressing.
