Equipment

Ingrediënten

  • 2 cups of calamari pieces
  • 1 cup of flour
  • ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups of cooking oil
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Instructies

  • Take a large bowl.
  • Add the calamari pieces, spices, flour, onion, garlic and egg into the bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Deep fry the calamari pieces in oil until they turn golden brown in color.
  • Dish out the pieces.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
