Garlicky Gilroy Parmesan Chicken Wings
Ingrediënten
- 2 pounds Chicken wings disjointed (tips discarded)
- 15 Drops Tabasco pepper sauce
- 3 Heads fresh garlic separated into cloves and peeled
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon Olive oil divided
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Disjoint the chicken wings, removing the tips.
- Rinse the wings and pat them dry.
- In a food processor or blender, combine garlic, 1 cup of olive oil, and Tabasco pepper sauce.
- Process until smooth.
- Pour the garlic mixture into a small bowl.
- In a shallow dish, combine grated Parmesan cheese, Italian-style bread crumbs, and black pepper.
- Dip each wing into the garlic mixture, then roll it in the crumb mixture, ensuring it is thoroughly coated.
- Brush a shallow nonstick pan with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer.
- Drizzle the remaining garlic mixture over the wings and sprinkle with the remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until the wings are brown and crisp.
- Garnish as desired and serve.
