Ingrediënten

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings disjointed (tips discarded)
  • 15 Drops Tabasco pepper sauce
  • 3 Heads fresh garlic separated into cloves and peeled
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon Olive oil divided
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructies

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Disjoint the chicken wings, removing the tips.
  • Rinse the wings and pat them dry.
  • In a food processor or blender, combine garlic, 1 cup of olive oil, and Tabasco pepper sauce.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Pour the garlic mixture into a small bowl.
  • In a shallow dish, combine grated Parmesan cheese, Italian-style bread crumbs, and black pepper.
  • Dip each wing into the garlic mixture, then roll it in the crumb mixture, ensuring it is thoroughly coated.
  • Brush a shallow nonstick pan with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Arrange the wings in a single layer.
  • Drizzle the remaining garlic mixture over the wings and sprinkle with the remaining crumb mixture.
  • Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until the wings are brown and crisp.
  • Garnish as desired and serve.
