Gaucho Marinade
A bold and versatile Argentine-inspired marinade, perfect for tofu, tempeh, seitan, and vegetables before grilling or baking.
Equipment
- Mixing bowl, whisk, measuring cups and spoons
Ingredients
- ½ cup 120 ml soy sauce or tamari
- ¼ cup 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup 60 g Dijon or brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons 13 g freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.
- Pour over your preferred protein and let marinate for at least 2 hours before grilling or baking.
