Gaucho Marinade

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl, whisk, measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • ½ cup 120 ml soy sauce or tamari
  • ¼ cup 60 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup 60 g Dijon or brown mustard
  • 2 tablespoons 13 g freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until well combined.
  • Pour over your preferred protein and let marinate for at least 2 hours before grilling or baking.
