Ginger Snaps
Ingrediënten
- 1 ½ cups shortening
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons cloves
- ½ cup molasses
- 2 teaspoons ginger
- 4 cups flour
Instructies
- Cream together shortening and sugar.
- Beat in eggs.
- Add molasses and sifted dry ingredients.
- Roll into 1″ balls.
- Dip into sugar, press flat.
- Bake at 375º 15-18 minutes.
