Goulash with Mozzarella

Ingrediënten

  • Ground beef: 2 pounds
  • Sliced mushrooms: ½ pound
  • Chopped onion: 1 small
  • Chopped garlic: 1 tablespoon
  • Spaghetti sauce: 28 ounces
  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Elbow macaroni uncooked: 8 ounces
  • Water: ½ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese shredded: 4 ounces

Instructies

  • Heat an oven at 350 °F.
  • Coat one casserole dish (2 ½-quart) with some cooking spray.
  • Take one large skillet and brown chopped garlic, onion, mushrooms and ground beef over medium heat for 6 – 8 minutes.
  • Stir frequently and drain off extra liquid.
  • Add all remaining ingredients excluding cheese.
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Put mixture in greased casserole dish and cover to bake for 25 minutes.
  • After baking, remove from your oven and top with cheese.
  • Keep in the oven again without covering the dish.
  • Cook for 15 – 20 minutes to melt cheese.
