Goulash with Mozzarella

Ingrediënten

Ground beef: 2 pounds
▢
Sliced mushrooms: ½ pound
▢
Chopped onion: 1 small
▢
Chopped garlic: 1 tablespoon
▢
Spaghetti sauce: 28 ounces
▢
Black pepper: ½ teaspoon
▢
Salt: 1 teaspoon
▢
Elbow macaroni
uncooked: 8 ounces
▢
Water: ½ cup
▢
Mozzarella cheese
shredded: 4 ounces
Instructies
Heat an oven at 350 °F.
Coat one casserole dish (2 ½-quart) with some cooking spray.
Take one large skillet and brown chopped garlic, onion, mushrooms and ground beef over medium heat for 6 – 8 minutes.
Stir frequently and drain off extra liquid.
Add all remaining ingredients excluding cheese.
Mix all ingredients well.
Put mixture in greased casserole dish and cover to bake for 25 minutes.
After baking, remove from your oven and top with cheese.
Keep in the oven again without covering the dish.
Cook for 15 – 20 minutes to melt cheese.
