Prep: 15 min., Cook: 12 min., Bake: 23 min.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onion and garlic, and sauté 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and next 6 ingredients to skillet.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Pour remaining oil into a 15- x 10-inch jelly-roll pan, and tilt to coat bottom.
Place fish fillets in a single layer on pan.
Pour tomato mixture over fish.
Bake, uncovered, at 450° for 15 minutes.
Drizzle with white wine.
Sprinkle with cheese, and cook 8 more minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
