Ingredients
- 120 g butter
- 120 g plain flour
- 50 g caster sugar
- 50 g cornflour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 140°C.
- In a mixing bowl, rub together the butter, caster sugar, plain flour, and cornflour until the mixture forms a soft dough.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm.
- Cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place the shortbread on a baking tray.
- Bake for 30 minutes until lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
