Hot Spinach Dip

  • 2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 cups 8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 2 10-ounce cans diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructies
