  • 1 Medium Cucumber Diced
  • 2 Medium Roma Tomatoes Cored And Diced
  • 1 Medium Red Or Yellow Bell Pepper Cored, Seeded, And Diced
  • 4 Ounces Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Diced
  • 4 Ounces Salami Diced
  • 15 Black Olives Sliced
  • 15 Slices Peperoncini Chopped

Dressing

  • 1 Cube Frozen Crushed Garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ¼ Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Instructies

  • To Make The Salad, In A Medium Pot Over High Heat, Bring 2 Quarts Water To A Boil.
  • Add 1 Teaspoon Salt And Tortellini.
  • Cook For 3 Minutes.
  • Drain And Rinse With Cold Water.
  • Set Aside.
  • In A Large Bowl, Add Cucumber, Tomatoes, Bell Pepper, Mozzarella, Salami, Olives, Peperoncini, And Tortellini.
  • To Make The Dressing, In A Small Bowl, Mash Garlic With Vinegar.
  • Add Italian Seasoning And Salt.
  • Whisk In Oil.
  • Pour Dressing Over Salad And Toss To Combine.
  • Serve Immediately.
