- 4 Ounces Salami Diced
- 15 Black Olives Sliced
- 15 Slices Peperoncini Chopped
Dressing
- 1 Cube Frozen Crushed Garlic
- 3 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
- ¼ Cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Instructies
- To Make The Salad, In A Medium Pot Over High Heat, Bring 2 Quarts Water To A Boil.
- Add 1 Teaspoon Salt And Tortellini.
- Cook For 3 Minutes.
- Drain And Rinse With Cold Water.
- Set Aside.
