Juicy Roasted Blade Steak with Green Beans
Succulent blade steak and seasoned green beans make for a flavorful, satisfying dish!
Ingrediënten
- 2 garlic cloves smashed
- 2 teaspoons sunflower oil
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 ½ pounds blade steak
- 2 cups green beans
- ½ teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructies
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 330°F.
- Mix garlic, oil, cayenne pepper, and Cajun seasoning into a paste.
- Rub the paste over both sides of the blade steak.
- Place the steak in the Air Fryer and cook for 13 minutes.
- Flip the steak and cook for an additional 8 minutes.
- Heat the green beans in a saucepan with a few tablespoons of water.
- Add Tabasco, salt, and black pepper, and heat until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Serve the roasted blade steak with green beans on the side.
