Equipment

Ingrediënten

  • 1 pound shrimp shells removed
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructies

  • In a large frying pan, melt the butter with olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the crushed garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp to the pan and sauté quickly, being careful not to overcook, for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
  • Stir in the vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Saute for another minute.
  • Transfer the cooked shrimp to a serving dish.
  • Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the shrimp for garnish.
  • Serve hot over rice.
