Lemon Garlic Shrimp Scampi

- 1 pound shrimp shells removed
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- ¼ cup vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Instructies
- In a large frying pan, melt the butter with olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the crushed garlic to the pan and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and sauté quickly, being careful not to overcook, for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Stir in the vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Saute for another minute.
- Transfer the cooked shrimp to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the shrimp for garnish.
- Serve hot over rice.
