In a bowl, combine the finely chopped mango, red bell pepper, habanero chile, lime zest, and lime juice.
Season the mixture to create a flavorful mango relish.
In another bowl, mix the ground beef with Jamaican jerk seasoning and grated garlic.
Season the mixture well.
Form the seasoned beef into 6 patties.
Grill the patties over medium-high heat to your desired doneness, approximately 3 minutes per side for a medium level of doneness.
While the patties are grilling, spread mayonnaise on the burger buns.
Assemble the burgers by placing the grilled patties on the buns.
Top with the prepared mango relish, thinly sliced red onion, and shredded romaine lettuce.
Serve the Mango Jerk Beef Burgers immediately.
