Melted Cheese and Green Sauce on Toasted Rolls
Melted Cheese and Green Sauce on Toasted Rolls
Bolillos Tostada de Queso y Salsa VerdeThis is a take-off on a popular melted cheese and bean combination that's served on toasted bolillos (oval Mexican sandwich rolls). French-style rolls can be substituted. I serve these filled rolls for brunch or a late breakfast, and do they ever disappear! The rolls can also be cut into pieces and served as an appetizer with drinks.
