Mushroom Goulash
Serve delicious goulash with rice or bread.
Ingrediënten
- Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
- Ground beef: 1 pound
- Paprika: ½ tablespoon
- Sliced fresh mushrooms: 8 ounces
- Dried basil: ½ tablespoon
- Green or yellow bell pepper: 1 1/2-inch pieces
- Garlic salt: 1 teaspoon
- Red bell peppers 1/2-inch pieces: 1
- White pepper: ½ teaspoon
- Sliced zucchini: 1
- Whole tomatoes peeled and chopped with liquid: 14.5 ounces
- Sliced red onion: 1 small
Instructies
- Take one large skillet and cook ground beef to make it brown.
- Remove extra fat with a slotted spoon and discard it.
- Keep brown beef aside.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium flame and mix in pepper, garlic salt, basil, paprika, onion, squash, red and green peppers, and mushrooms.
- Cook for almost 5 minutes and mix occasionally.
- Decrease heat to cook on medium flame and mix in tomatoes and beef.
- Simmer for almost 20 minutes and stir occasionally.
