Serve delicious goulash with rice or bread.

Ingrediënten

Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
▢
Ground beef: 1 pound
▢
Paprika: ½ tablespoon
▢
Sliced fresh mushrooms: 8 ounces
▢
Dried basil: ½ tablespoon
▢
Green or yellow bell pepper: 1
1/2-inch pieces
▢
Garlic salt: 1 teaspoon
▢
Red bell peppers
1/2-inch pieces: 1
▢
White pepper: ½ teaspoon
▢
Sliced zucchini: 1
▢
Whole tomatoes
peeled and chopped with liquid: 14.5 ounces
▢
Sliced red onion: 1 small
Instructies
Take one large skillet and cook ground beef to make it brown.
Remove extra fat with a slotted spoon and discard it.
Keep brown beef aside.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium flame and mix in pepper, garlic salt, basil, paprika, onion, squash, red and green peppers, and mushrooms.
Cook for almost 5 minutes and mix occasionally.
Decrease heat to cook on medium flame and mix in tomatoes and beef.
Simmer for almost 20 minutes and stir occasionally.
