Mussels with Saffron
Roasted mussels with saffron, paprika, and lemon juice.
Ingrediënten
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- A pinch of saffron
- 4 tablespoons of softened butter
- 4 cups of mussels
- ½ cup of wine
- 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructies
- Take a large baking dish.
- Add the olive oil into the dish.
- Add the rest of the ingredients & mix it well.
- Place the baking dish in an oven.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Dish out when done.
- The dish is ready to be served.
