Olive, Caper, and Anchovy Paste
TapenadeThis Tapenade is a simple and tasty spread that's perfect for toasts or crackers. It's so delicious that it's bound to disappear quickly at your next gathering.

Makes about 24 tapas
- 40 pitted black olives preferably Spanish
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon capers nonpareil preferred, rinsed and drained
- 2 or 3 anchovy fillets
- 6 slices of sandwich bread with the crust removed, toasted, and each cut into 4 triangles
Instructies
- Combine all the ingredients, except the toast, in a blender.
- Blend until the mixture is as finely chopped as possible.
Notes / Tips / Wine Advice:
Spread a thin layer of the paste on each toast triangle.
