  • 1 6-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 6-ounce can albacore tuna in water, lightly drained and flaked
  • 2 English muffins split and toasted
  • 4 1-ounce provolone cheese slices

Instructies

  • Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Divide mixture evenly among muffin halves; top with cheese.
  • Place on a baking sheet; broil 5 inches from heat 5 minutes or until golden brown.
