  • ½ cup 120 ml extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup 60 ml balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked pepper

Instructies

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • Stir until well mixed, then store in an airtight container.
  • Let sit for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
  • No need to refrigerate.
