Orange Basil Balsamic Vinaigrette

- 1 tablespoon 5 g fresh chopped basil
- 1 orange cut into segments, and then into small chunks
- ½ cup 120 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup 60 ml balsamic vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
Instructies
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Stir until well mixed, then store in an airtight container.
- Let sit for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.
- No need to refrigerate.
