Ingredients

  • ¼ cup 60 ml fresh orange juice
  • ¼ cup 60 ml seasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon 21 g white miso
  • 1 tablespoon 21 g agave nectar
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon packed grated gingerroot
  • 1 tablespoon 8 g black sesame seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Whisk together the orange juice, rice vinegar, sesame oil, miso, agave nectar, garlic, gingerroot, sesame seeds, and salt (if desired) in a medium-size bowl.
  • Serve the dressing chilled.
