Oven-Fried Pork Chops

Now here’s an easy dish. Just dip the pork chops in an egg white mixture, dredge them in seasoned breadcrumbs, and relax while they bake.

Makes 4 servings / Prep: 7 min., Bake: 50 min.

  • 4 6-ounce lean center-cut pork loin chops
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable cooking spray

Instructies

  • Trim fat from pork chops.
  • Combine egg white and next 5 ingredients in a shallow bowl, and whisk gently.
  • Dip pork chops in egg mixture, and dredge in breadcrumbs.
  • Place chops on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 minutes; turn and bake 25 more minutes or until pork chops are done.
