Ingredients
- 2 lb beef cubes
- 5 large carrots cubed
- 8 large potatoes cubed
- 2 large onions sliced thin
- 3 tbsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef cubes, carrots, potatoes, and onions into the crockpot.
- Sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Add enough water to cover the vegetables.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours.
